Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 11 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of https://shahenoor.com and products, services and digital facilities provided by SC Corporation / Shahenoor Corporation. By using our website, placing an order or using an authorized connected service, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your use.

1. About SC Corporation

SC Corporation is a Bangladesh-based supplier and business involved in molds, composite and fiberglass/FRP products, boats, gypsum and concrete-related products, silicone rubber, epoxy resin and related materials, commercial services, training resources and digital business services.

2. Website and Service Use

You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software or use our services to violate the rights of another person or organization.

3. Customer Accounts

Some services may require an account. Users are responsible for providing reasonably accurate information and protecting their login credentials. Activity performed through an authenticated account may be treated as authorized activity unless we are notified of unauthorized access.

4. Products and Product Information

We seek to provide useful and accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials and specifications. However, product appearance, color, finish and minor dimensions may vary due to manufacturing, materials, lighting, photography or production processes.

Customers should confirm critical technical specifications before ordering where a particular dimension, material, tolerance or application is essential.

5. Prices, Quotations and Availability

Prices and availability may change without prior notice unless otherwise confirmed in a valid quotation, invoice, contract or order confirmation.

A quotation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order until required commercial, technical and payment conditions have been accepted.

6. Orders and Acceptance

An online order, enquiry or request does not automatically require SC Corporation to accept or fulfil the transaction. We may confirm availability, specifications, delivery, payment and other requirements before final acceptance.

Where the terms of a quotation, invoice, purchase order, contract or written order confirmation differ from general website information, the specifically agreed document may govern that transaction.

7. Payments

Available payment methods may include approved banks, payment gateways, cards, mobile financial services or other payment channels.

A payment is considered completed when confirmed through the relevant authorized payment method and reconciled where necessary. Payment providers may apply their own terms, verification procedures and charges.

8. Delivery and Collection

Delivery methods, costs, estimated times and responsibilities depend on the product, destination and transaction. Any specific delivery commitment should be confirmed in the applicable quotation, invoice or order confirmation.

Delays may occur due to transportation, weather, supply issues, third-party carriers, custom manufacturing or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Inspection and Acceptance

Customers should inspect products within a reasonable period after receipt and notify SC Corporation promptly if there is an apparent shortage, incorrect item, transport damage or significant discrepancy from the confirmed order.

10. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Return, refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the product, condition, transaction and any specific policy or agreement applicable to the order.

No fixed return period, refund guarantee or cancellation entitlement should be assumed unless expressly stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation or published policy.

11. Custom-Made and Special-Order Products

Customized, fabricated, made-to-order, specially sourced or customer-specific products may have different cancellation and return conditions because production or procurement may begin specifically for the customer.

Relevant drawings, measurements, specifications, materials, quantities and approvals should be confirmed before production where applicable.

12. Molds, FRP, Boats and Industrial Products

Industrial, mold-making, FRP, fiberglass, boat, casting, chemical and construction-related products may require technical knowledge, proper installation, appropriate personal protective equipment, trained personnel and compliance with applicable safety requirements.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended application unless SC Corporation has expressly accepted responsibility for a specific engineered specification in writing.

13. Materials, Chemicals and Safety

Resins, hardeners, silicone materials, fiberglass materials and other chemicals should be stored, handled and used in accordance with appropriate product instructions, supplier information, safety information and applicable regulations.

Website tutorials and general recommendations do not replace professional chemical, engineering, occupational-safety or regulatory advice where such expertise is required.

14. Educational and Training Content

Tutorials, calculators, videos, formulas, demonstrations, AI-generated suggestions and training materials are provided for general information and learning support. Results can vary according to materials, environment, workmanship, equipment and other conditions.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content belonging to SC Corporation—including branding, logos, photographs, graphics, videos, product descriptions, catalogues, training materials and original digital content—is protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Content may not be reproduced, resold, republished or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law or explicitly authorized.

16. User-Submitted Content

Where users submit photographs, videos, reviews, comments or other material, they must have the right to provide that material and must not knowingly submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive or malicious content.

17. Google and YouTube Integration

SC Corporation services may permit authorized users to connect Google, YouTube or Google Ads accounts through Google's authorization systems.

The integration will operate according to permissions granted by the account owner. Users remain responsible for the content, campaigns, accounts and actions they authorize. Authorization may be revoked through applicable Google or SC Corporation controls.

18. TikTok Integration

Our services may use TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting API functions where enabled and approved.

A TikTok account is connected only through the applicable authorization process. Uploading or publishing content requires the relevant permission from the connected account and applicable workflow approval.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that content published through their TikTok account complies with TikTok rules and applicable law.

19. Meta, Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp

SC Corporation may provide integrations with Meta services for customer communication, support, business messaging, product sharing, invoice or order communications and approved marketing.

Use of these integrations is also subject to applicable Meta platform terms and permissions.

20. AI-Assisted Services

Some SC Corporation services may use artificial intelligence to assist with customer support, content preparation, recommendations, workflow automation, diagnostics, classification, monitoring and other business functions.

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users should review important information before relying on it, particularly where financial, legal, engineering, chemical, safety or other professional consequences may arise.

SC Corporation may require human approval before performing sensitive, irreversible, financial or externally published actions.

21. Third-Party Services

The website may rely on independent providers including hosting services, payment gateways, delivery providers, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, WhatsApp and other technology platforms.

Those services may have separate terms and policies. SC Corporation is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.

22. Website Availability

We seek to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability. Maintenance, security events, network failures, service-provider outages or other technical issues may temporarily affect access.

23. Security

Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, access another user's account, interfere with security controls, scrape restricted information, distribute malware or otherwise compromise SC Corporation systems.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SC Corporation will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from misuse of products, unauthorized account activity, third-party platform failure, reliance on general educational content or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any product-specific warranty, responsibility or remedy expressly agreed in a written quotation, invoice or contract remains subject to that agreement.

25. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or suspend access to an account, integration or service where reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, non-payment, unlawful activity or violation of these Terms.

26. Changes to Services and Terms

Products, services, platform integrations and these Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the applicable update date.

27. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory legal rights or jurisdictional requirements that apply to a particular transaction.

29. Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact SC Corporation first so that questions or disputes can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved through direct communication. Where a matter cannot be resolved, available remedies will be determined according to the applicable agreement and law.
